شرکت افغان پُست سیستم الکترونیک مدیریت اسناد خود را افتتاح کرد!

طبق هدایت انجنیر حامد ناصری، رییس عمومی شرکت افغان پُست و با همکاری تیم تخنیکی شرکت افغان پُست، سیستم مدیریت اسناد (DMS) به منظور شفافیت و سرعت در امور اداری این شرکت، ایجاد شد.

از طریق این سیستم، منبعد تمام امور کتبی این شرکت شامل (مکاتیب، استعلام ها، پیشنهادها و...)، که در گذشته به شکل فزیکی و کاغذی اجرا می شد، حالا به شکل الکترونیکی اجرا خواهد شد.

در روز نخست این ورکشاپ، به کارمندان شعبات مرکزی افغان پُست آموزش های لازم جهت استفاده از این سیستم ارایه شد. طبق هدایت مقام رهبری این شرکت، به زودی ورکشاپ آموزشی این سیستم، به تمام شعبات مرکزی و ولایتی این شرکت برگزار خواهد شد.
